Use of this Site

By accepting these Terms of Use through your use of the Site, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, your use of this site must be supervised by a parent or guardian responsible for the agreement of our Terms of Use. If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to these Terms of Use for the benefit of a child younger than 18, you are fully responsible for his or her use and all financial charges and legal liabilities that he or she may incur. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, you may not use this Site. All billing and shipping information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of these Terms of Use. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the item(s) requested.

All Site contents ("Contents") are intended solely for non-commercial use. You may not download or copy the Contents displayed on the Site. You may not reproduce any Contents of the Site or any related downloaded content and documents. All software used on this Site is the property of InvisibleMask and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The Contents on this Site may be used only for shopping. All other uses, including modification, reproduction, transmission, distribution, or display of the Contents on this Site are prohibited.

Security

Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site or other of the Site's users, including: accessing data not intended for such user or logging onto a non-authorized account; attempting to compromise the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication without authorization; attempting to interfere with service by means of submitting a virus or other means to deny others access to the Site. Violations of system or network security will result in civil or criminal liability. InvisibleMask will investigate occurrences that involve such violations and will involve law enforcement in prosecuting users involved in such violations.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS mail or UPS. Express or UPS 2nd day orders are usually shipped within 8-24 business hours. Please understand that choosing UPS 2nd day or USPS Express does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands the next day. We do not ship orders on Sundays. Free UPS shipping is applied to orders that equal or exceed $75 within the U.S. unless it is an oversized item (typically 60" wide films).

Lifetime Warranty Policy for ArmorWrap Ultra Film

Our PPF (Paint Protection Film) comes with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship issues. This applies only to ArmorWrap Ultra Film. The warranty is prorated, meaning that replacement coverage decreases over time based on the following schedule:

  • Within the first year: Customers are eligible for a replacement at 80% off our current retail price.
  • At 2 years: Customers are eligible for a replacement at 70% off our current retail price.
  • At 3 and 4 years: Customers are eligible for a replacement at 60% off our current retail price.
  • At 5 years and beyond: Customers are eligible for a replacement at 50% off our current retail price.

Conditions:

  1. This warranty covers manufacturer defects like cracking or yellowing. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, installation, or intentional misuse.
  2. Warranty claims require verification of purchase and will be subject to an inspection, at minimum a digital photo, to verify the cause of failure.
  3. Any replacement under warranty will follow the prorated discount based on the time elapsed since the original purchase.
  4. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel and credit any order for any reason. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to complete your order.

Pricing Information

Occasionally, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product description, we shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order(s) placed for the item(s). In these events, we may contact you for further instructions or inform you of the cancellation of your order.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Users agree to settle all disputes directly with InvisibleMask arising from any transaction with InvisibleMask or its associates. Use of this Site indicates the user is in agreement with the Terms of Use, and as such, all chargebacks will be contested by InvisibleMask. Abusive and fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action against the claimant, as a chargeback is the original financial institution's opinion of financial responsibility, but not a legal ruling from a court of law. All legal action will seek the initial chargeback amount, travel costs, and legal fees related to each incident.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless InvisibleMask and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Installation Disclaimer

InvisibleMask.com makes every effort to assure that all precut paint protection film kits have been test fit or otherwise checked for fit and suitability for the specific make and model advertised. Despite the fact that thousands of retail customers have been successful in installing this product themselves, a professional quality installation does require some skill on the part of the installer for which InvisibleMask.com cannot be held accountable. InvisibleMask.com's liability is limited to providing installation instructions, and advice via telephone and email correspondence or through our "how to" webpage. The purchase and installation of InvisibleMask.com precut kits is done at the buyer's risk. InvisibleMask.com recommends that any repainted surfaces on your vehicle be professionally painted and fully cured before applying paint protection film. If the paint protection film is removed, it is possible that the non-OEM painted surface could be damaged in the removal process. If not professionally installed, InvisibleMask cannot be held responsible for damage to the clear coat or painted surface. The buyer recognizes this risk on non-OEM paint or unpainted surfaces and InvisibleMask cannot be held accountable.

New Film Defects

InvisibleMask inspects every piece of film before and after we cut the pattern. If the product is not to our quality specifications, then we will not ship that product and will cut new film(s). We cannot warranty films that may show a defect immediately after installation, as an incorrect installation process may have caused the defect. Please inspect the film prior to installation and while the film is still on the backing sheet. This will confirm that it was not an installation issue and removes the possibility that it was done during the installation.

Return Policy

All products sold by InvisibleMask (other than tools and bulk film) are custom manufactured and cut specifically after the order is placed. Due to the custom nature of these products, returns for reasons unrelated to product defect or shipment error (including but not limited to ordering the wrong item, no longer wanting the item, installation concerns, or change of mind) are generally not accepted.

Any exception to this policy is made solely at the discretion of InvisibleMask and should not be considered standard practice. In limited situations, we may consider approving a return if the item is a common high-volume part or if there is an immediate pending need for the exact same part numbers.

Any approved return will be subject to a minimum 35% restocking fee, along with any applicable shipping costs. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

To request return authorization, please contact returns@invisiblemask.com. Approved returns must be received in exact resalable condition before any credit will be considered. Products that are damaged, improperly packaged, removed from the backing, installed, altered, contaminated, or returned in any condition other than originally shipped will not qualify for refund or credit.

Because we maintain over 300,000 vehicle-specific patterns, many of which are low-volume applications, returned precut kits often have little or no resale value to our company.

Return exceptions are rare and are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any return request should not be interpreted as a standard or guaranteed accommodation.

Back Orders

Unless otherwise specified by the customer, all orders for merchandise temporarily out of stock will be held on back order and shipped when available.
