Use of this Site

By accepting these Terms of Use through your use of the Site, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18 your use of this site must be supervised by a parent or guardian responsible for the agreement of our Terms of Use. If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to these Terms of Use for the benefit of a child younger than 18, you are fully responsible for his or her use and all financial charges and legal liabilities that he or she may incur. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, you may not use this Site. All billing and shipping information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of these Terms of Use. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the item(s) requested.

All Site contents ("Contents") are intended solely for non-commercial use. You may not download or copy the Contents displayed on the Site. You may not reproduce any Contents of the Site or any related downloaded content and documents. All software used on this Site is the property of InvisibleMask and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The Contents on this Site may be used only for shopping. All other uses, including modification, reproduction, transmission, distribution, or display of the Contents on this Site is prohibited.

Security

Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site or other of the Site's users, including: accessing data not intended for such user or logging onto a non-authorized account; attempting to compromise the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication without authorization; attempting to interfere with service via means of submitting a virus other means to deny others to the Site. Violations of system or network security will result in civil or criminal liability. InvisibleMask will investigate occurrences that involve such violations and will involve law enforcement in prosecuting users involved in such violations.
 

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail at no charge to customers in the U.S.. Express mail upgrades are available for a $25 fee. Canadian customers are charged a $15.00 shipping fee for USPS priority mail. Orders are usually shipped with 24 hours. USA Overnight  Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours. We do not ship orders Sundays. Our current free special applies to each customer with precut paint protection orders that exceed $75 (one free package per customer per car) All Express Mail  orders are required signature unless otherwise instructed via comments in your order form, by email or phone.

Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to fulfill and we must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel and credit any order for any reason. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to complete your order.

Pricing Information

Occasionally, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product description, We shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order(s) placed for the item(s). In these events We may contact you for further instructions or inform you of cancellation of your order.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Users agree to settle all disputes directly with InvisibleMask arising from any transaction with InvisibleMask or its associates. Use of this Site indicates the user is in agreement with the Terms of Use, and as such, all chargebacks will be contested by InvisibleMask. Abusive and fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action against the claimant, as a chargeback is the original financial institutions opinion of financial responsibility, but not a legal ruling from a court of law. All legal action will seek the initial chargeback amount, travel costs, and legal fees related to each incident. Any money owed to us will be collected via a collection agency or at minimum the information will be submitted to a collection agency.


Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless InvisibleMask and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.
Installation Disclaimer: InvisibleMask.com makes every effort to assure that all precut paint protection film kits have been test fit or otherwise checked for fit and suitability for the specific make and model advertised. Despite the fact that thousands of retail customers have been successful in installing this product themselves, a professional quality installation does require some skill on the part of the installer for which InvisibleMask.com cannot be held accountable. InvisibleMask.com’s liability is limited to providing installation instructions, advice via telephone and email correspondence or through our "how to" webpage. The purchase and installation of InvisibleMask.com precut kits is done so at the buyer’s risk.  InvisibleMask.com recommends that any repainted surfaces on your vehicle be professionally painted and fully cured before applying paint protection film. If the paint protection film is removed, it is possible that the non OEM painted surface could be damaged in the removal process. The buyer recognizes this risk on non OEM paint and InvisibleMask can not be held accountable. Invisiblemask warrants that Paint Protection films sold by Invisiblemask.com will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser maintains ownership of the vehicle and the installation is performed by a certified installer/technician of PPF.

Return Policy: Buyer recognizes that all orders are custom manufactured after order is placed. Therefore, under most circumstances any request to return product due to reasons other than product defect or incorrect shipment (i.e. wrong parts, incomplete parts, etc.) is not allowed but on occasion we do make exceptions. If we have a pending order for the same part numbers or it is a very common part we may consider approving a return.  All *approved* returned products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. To process a return, please contact us at returns@invisiblemask.com to receive the return information. We must receive all returned merchandise in resalable condition before credit will be issued. Film that is not packaged correctly, damaged in shipping, peeled off the backing or in any condition other than the way it was sent to you then we can not refund or accept the return.

Back Orders: Unless otherwise specified by the customer, all orders for merchandise temporarily out of stock will be held on back order and shipped when available.
